In public, Kate and Charles are always amiable with each other, and experts believe there is a special connection between them.

Body language expert Judy James told Express.co.uk of the king's relationship with his sister-in-law, "Kate and Charles do seem to have a special relationship that is prominently displayed in public.

Their body language suggests that they are attuned to each other, using flattery and reflective signals to show some unanimity or appreciation of a joke."

Judy also compared Kate's behavior in public to that of Queen Camilla-the latter seems less relaxed and doesn't laugh as hard at Charles' jokes as the Princess of Wales. This may be due in part to the fact that Camilla is not yet used to her new status as queen consort.

"Charles has the perfect audience in Kate, who always has a very relaxed laugh, unlike Camilla. Charles likes to be funny, and with Kate he is as natural as possible because he sees the approving laughter.

Kate laughs so sincerely and even wrinkles her nose when the King jokes. Camilla, meanwhile, seems to keep a little on the sidelines. Kate seems less close to Camilla, instead she bypasses her to chat with her father-in-law," adds the expert.

Note that Kate, Princess of Wales, has a good relationship with more than just King Charles. Before Prince Harry met Meghan Markle, she always had a very nice conversation with Harry as well.

But ever since Meghan came into the prince's life, things have changed dramatically. Kate's attitude towards Harry has also undergone a change.
