Many people around the world believe in this process and describe it as natural and inevitable.
The most remarkable and reliable case of reincarnation is the story of an Indian woman named Shanti Devi, who lived from 1926 to 1987.
As reported: Fakta.today
Shanti Devi was born into a wealthy family in Delhi, so her life was luxurious. Her parents were not rich, but earned enough to provide a normal childhood for their child. The girl was born completely healthy.
The story began when Shanti was three years old
When she was three years old, the girl began persistently talking about having a family: a husband and children. Her parents, of course, could not help but notice this.
At first, they thought it was just a game, but Shanti's stories were so realistic that they even shocked them. The child spoke about her husband so realistically, as if she really had one.
The parents decided to listen to her stories
Shanti calmly told her mother that her husband's name was Kedarnath and that they lived in a small village called Muttra. In addition, Shanti described in detail the house they lived in and also said that they had one child - a son, who was now staying with his father.
The shocked parents had no choice but to seek medical psychiatric help. They took the girl to a prestigious hospital, hoping that when they meet with the doctor, the child would be ashamed and stop telling stories.
In Dr. Shanti's office, she behaved like an adult. She calmly sat on the chair with her hands folded in her lap. When the doctor asked her to tell everything, she told in detail everything she had previously told her parents.
Shanti also noted, among other things, that she died during childbirth in 1925. It should be noted that in reality, the girl was born in 1926, which means a year after her "death".
The doctor decided to do a trick. He started asking the girl about what she simply could not know - how the pregnancy went. Shanti detailed all her feelings and experiences, prenatal syndromes, described the condition and much more. The doctor and the parents could not believe what they heard, but had to accept it. After such an honest story, no one doubted that something mystical happened to the child.
A year later, Shanti's uncle, Keisher Chand, decided that he could no longer sit idly by.
Solving the mystery began with a letter.
The above-mentioned uncle of Shanti decided to send a letter to the address given by the girl and said that his name was Luji. Only in this way could it be found out whether Kedarnath really lived in Muttra and whether he had children, and whether his wife died during childbirth.
After some time, it turned out that the person whom Shanti described in such detail really existed. He received the letter, but at first, he was afraid to respond to it and took it as a fraud. Kedarnath's cousin became interested in the strange girl who claimed to be Kedarnath's wife and decided to meet her father.
First meeting of Shanti with relatives from her past life
Nine-year-old Shanti was helping her mother in the kitchen when someone knocked on the door. She went to open the door and did not return for too long. The concerned mother decided to check what was happening and went for her daughter. At the door, she saw a relatively young man, whom Shanti was looking at surprised, and who was also looking at her with the same surprise. When Shanti saw her mother, she said:
"Look, this is my husband's cousin. He was our neighbor."
He said he was actually Kedarnath's relative, who had a wife named Luja who died during childbirth. The guest also said he saw the girl for the first time.
After some time, Kedarnath and his son visited Shanti's house. The girl was very happy, tried to hug the boy and even lift him, which was of course difficult for her. Simply put, Shanti behaved very realistically, like an ordinary loving mother. Kedarnath was shocked.
Further events did not turn out well, as could be expected.
Kedarnath wished to leave Delhi as soon as possible so as not to see this girl. In response to her request to leave her son for a while, he replied with a refusal. Kedarnath explained his aggressive behavior by having to think about everything that was happening.
Information about the above-mentioned case quickly spread throughout India and the world through the media. The girl from Delhi became interested in politicians, who wanted to find out if she really remembered her past life.
Desh Bandu Gupta, the president of the All India Association of Newspaper Publishers, proposed a simple experiment: to take a girl to Muttra and ask her to find her way home. The parents agreed, and together with scientists and doctors, they took Shanti to the aforementioned city.
At the station, she met Kedarnath's mother and brother. Shanti surprised them all by recognizing relatives from her past life. The girl spoke to them in the local dialect, which she had never studied and never heard before. She spoke in Hindi.
The scientists then asked the relatives not to tell Shanti where her home was located. The girl almost immediately determined the direction and then quickly found the desired building.
Looking at the house, she said:
"This is my home, but its walls were yellow, and now they are white."
It was not possible to stay in the house because, as it turned out later, Kedarnath had left it shortly before the expedition arrived. Kedarnath's mother refused to let the unknown girl and her many companions stay, so Shanti asked her to show her where her husband now lived.
She was not well received in her husband's home. Shanti-Luji recognized the two eldest children but refused to recognize the youngest. As it turned out, Luja had died during the birth of this child.
The expedition then went to Luja's mother. When Shanti saw the older woman, she was able to prove that she was her daughter. Of course, Luja's mother could not immediately believe what was happening. Mr. Gupta asked the woman to ask Shanti a question that only Luja would know the answer to.
Luja's mother asked Shanti if she had noticed any changes in the house. Shanti went outside, pointed to a certain part of the courtyard and said:
"When I lived here, there was a large well at this location that was then buried."
Then they asked Shanti what Luja had done with her jewelry shortly before her death. Shanti replied:
"I buried them in the garden under the shelter of the old house. They are in a clay pot."
The jewelry was quickly found, and then there was no doubt that Shanti was the reincarnation of Luja. Unfortunately, the expedition ended there.
Adult life of Shanti
After all kinds of research and testing, Kedarnath's family refused to communicate with Shanti and her family. The girl was literally hated, which was a big blow to her. Shanti then talked less about Luja. After a long and painful struggle with herself, she convinced herself that she had to live her life.
Shanti never married. She lived alone until old age, had a good career, and tried never to remember her childhood. Newspapers published interviews with her several times, and always described her as a modest and shy person. In 1987, the unique woman Shanti passed away.
