Chop them roughly with a knife and add them to the batter after the flour.
Ingredients:
butter - 145 g
sugar - 250 g
cocoa - 80 g
salt - 0.25 tsp
vanilla extract - 1 tsp
eggs - 2 (chilled)
flour - 65 g
nuts - 75 g
Prepare a water bath by boiling water in a medium saucepan.
Put butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt into a pot. Place the pot in the water bath and heat the mixture while stirring.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, take a small, preferably square baking dish, and line it with parchment paper so that its edges protrude from the dish.
This will make it easier to remove the cookies.
Let the chocolate mixture cool for about 5 minutes, then add the cold eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Then, gradually add the flour and mix everything vigorously to make the batter smooth. Add nuts to taste.
Pour the batter into the baking dish and place it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
When ready, let the Brownie cool completely before cutting it. Enjoy!
