Ingredients:
1.5 cups of flour,
100g butter,
2 eggs,
150g sugar,
1/2 cup kefir,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1 packet of baking powder (11g),
100g candied peaches,
a pinch of salt
Directions:
Melt the butter and mix it with eggs and sugar. Add kefir and candied peaches, and mix.
Mix flour with baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract, and make the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the baking pan with butter and sprinkle with semolina to ensure that the dough rises evenly.
Pour the dough into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Then place it on a plate, cool it, and sprinkle with powdered sugar through a sieve.
