We do not recommend removing the pits from the cherries - that's the special magic of baking with berries.

But for convenience, you can remove the pits before baking.

Ingredients:

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Sugar - 150 g

Milk - 200 g

Flour - 100 g

Vanilla sugar

Cherries - 300 g

Powdered sugar

Whisk the eggs with sugar until you have a white, fluffy mixture.

Pour in the milk and mix it well.

Add sifted flour and mix well again.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle a thin layer of flour on it.

Pour the batter into the dish and place the washed cherries on top.

Bake for 45 minutes at a preheated temperature of 170 degrees Celsius until it is soft.

After it has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
