Ingredients:

For the dough:

Low-fat cottage cheese, 180 g;

A pinch of salt;

Sugar, 100 g;

Milk, 100 ml;

Flour, 250 g;

Oil, 50 g;

Vanilla sugar to taste;

Baking powder, 1 teaspoon.

For the filling:

Cottage cheese, 200 g;

Starch, 1.5 tablespoons;

Sugar, 2 tablespoons;

Powdered sugar.

Instructions:

Mix cottage cheese, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar, stir. Add milk and oil, mix.

Mix flour with baking powder and sift, add to the mixture and mix. The dough should be soft and pliable.

Add a little flour if necessary.

Cover with foil and set aside for 20 minutes. Mix the filling.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut into rectangular pieces. Add the filling to the edge and roll up into tubes.

Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and lay out the tubes. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Tip: All ingredients should be at room temperature for the dough to rise evenly.

You can use not only cottage cheese, but also other sweet products as a filling.
