90g potatoes

1 carrot

4 slices of bread

70g milk

1 garlic clove

1 tablespoon of semolina

black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of salt

3 teaspoons of butter (extra)

2 potatoes (extra)

Directions:

Soak the slices of bread in milk and let them soften.

Peel the onion and potatoes, cut them into larger pieces, and grind them in a meat grinder.

Also cut the garlic, carrot, and zucchini.

Thanks to the vegetables, the cutlets are airy and juicy. Put the minced vegetables into the meat grinder and mix with the ground meat.

Grind the soaked bread in the meat grinder as well, and add the other ingredients.

Add semolina to absorb some of the vegetable juice.

Season with black pepper and mix the filling.

At this stage, there is no need to add salt.

Put the filling in the fridge for 15 minutes to let the semolina absorb.

Then you can add salt to the mixture.

Now shape the mixture into patties of any shape you like.

Grease a pan with vegetable oil and fry the cutlets on it for a few minutes on each side.

You don't have to finish frying them.

Place the fried cutlets in a baking dish.

Peel and slice the potatoes.

Place them on the bottom of the dish.
