You will need:

Whole wheat flour - 130 g

Buckwheat flour - 25 g

Rye flour - 25 g

Wheat flour - 25 g

Warm kefir - 180 ml

Egg - 1 piece

Sesame seeds - to taste

Pour all the flour into one bowl and mix.

Warm the kefir to room temperature, add the egg, salt, and baking soda. Stir everything until it completely dissolves, and bubbles appear.

Gradually pour the kefir into the flour and mix.
