Ingredients:
chicken cutlets, 600 g;
pork meat, 300 g;
water, 50 ml;
salt, 1 teaspoon;
onion, 30 g;
cheese, 100 g.
Procedure
For the ground meat, pork meat is suitable.
Cut the fillet into slices, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with any seasoning to taste.
Season the ground meat with salt and spices.
Place the ground meat inside the chicken cutlets and make rolls.
Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange the rolls.
Sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and put them in the oven.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
You can also add vegetables, garlic, fried mushrooms, etc. to the ground meat. You can also
add white wine.
