Finally, add the olive oil and mix again.

Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

Heat a pan, lightly grease it with oil or butter, and cook the pancakes one by one.

Evenly distribute grated cheese on the pancake.

Gently fold the pancake in half and fry for about 30 seconds on each side.
