Ingredients:
Cottage cheese 1.3 kg
Milk 1 liter
Butter 100 g
Ham 200 g
Olives 150 g
Dried tomatoes 100 g
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking soda 0.5 tsp

Instructions:
Pour milk over the cottage cheese and cook on high heat. While stirring regularly, check the consistency of the cheese. If it starts to melt, remove it from the heat.
Prepare the filling. Dice the ham, divide the olives into 4 parts, and chop the tomatoes and herbs.
Place the cottage cheese in a strainer to remove excess liquid. Squeeze the cheese well. Add oil, salt, baking soda, and turmeric.
Return the cheese to the stove and cook over medium heat while stirring constantly.
When the cheese is smooth, add the filling (without the herbs). Cook for another 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
Put the cheese on foil, add the sausage shape, and tightly wrap the edges. You can divide the mixture into two parts and arrange them in different ways.
Sprinkle herbs over the second part of the cheese mixture and also wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
