The ice cream is very tasty, moderately sweet, and without added cream - just like in childhood!

Ingredients:

Milk - 900 ml

Eggs - 6

Sugar - 250 g

Preparation:

Heat the milk.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Gradually mix a spoonful of milk into the egg yolks while stirring with a whisk.

Slowly pour the yolk mixture into the milk, whisking constantly.

Cook over low heat while stirring constantly with a whisk for 8 minutes.

Allow it to thicken.

Mix the egg whites with sugar.

Place on a water bath.

Whisk the egg whites over a water bath for 7-10 minutes.

Then beat with a mixer until peaks form and let cool.

Gently mix the egg whites into the milk and egg yolk mixture.

Pour the mixture into containers, close them and place them in the freezer.

During freezing, whisk the mixture with a whisk 3-4 times to dissolve the ice cubes and achieve the desired consistency of the ice cream.

The finished ice cream is very tasty, just like real ice cream!
