In 2018, Riesberg and her 46-year-old husband, Mats Gustavsson, went on vacation to Mallorca with his brother and sister-in-law.

"I had no signs of pregnancy," says the Swede.

"I didn't gain weight and didn't experience any other symptoms."

On the second day of their vacation, Riesberg was swimming in the pool and went to the bar for another cocktail. Suddenly she felt something strange and then realized she had wet herself.

The disfigured woman ran to her room to change, but her stomach hurt a lot in the elevator. Riesberg got into bed and decided to lie down, hoping the pain would go away.

Gustavsson, who had managed to drink several alcoholic cocktails, came to check on how his beloved was feeling and found out that she had started giving birth. The man rushed downstairs to call for help.

The hotel staff, surprised by the situation, called an ambulance, and Riesberg was taken to the hospital.

Gustavsson followed her in a taxi. The baby was born in the ambulance. The woman then spent some time in a hospital room, where she and the baby were examined by doctors. The boy was named William.

"I have two sons, so I know what it's like to be pregnant, but this case surprised me. I was shocked when I realized what was happening," admits Riesberg.

The paperwork took some time, so the couple had to extend their vacation. The hardest part was convincing relatives that it wasn't a joke.

Gustavsson eventually had to record a video in the hospital and send it to the family in Sweden. Many friends offered to help the couple by providing clothing for William, giving advice, and even providing a crib.
